Morris v. The RealReal, Inc.
Our employment attorneys filed a Private Attorneys General Act whistleblower complaint against luxury consignment company alleging illegal commission plan practices. Defendants’ “sales” employees complain that commission plans do not clearly describe how commissions are calculated, among other things.

Our law firm is co-lead counsel in a Private Attorney General Act Labor Code enforcement action focusing on tech sales commissions. The case is being tried in the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo.

Fowler v. Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital
Class action seeking an injunction to force SBHH to provide 12-hour employees the full allotment of paid sick leave required under California law.
- Filed 2023; Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 24CV002866
- Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief to force SBHH to provide 12-hour workers the full amount of paid sick leave to which they are entitled under California law. Plaintiff also seeks damages, unpaid wages, and civil penalties arising from SBHH’s noncompliance.
- Court ordered Plaintiff’s individual claims to arbitration, dismissed the class claims for damages, and stayed the claims for injunctive relief pending Plaintiff’s individual arbitration.
